Our services operate on an image credits model. You receive free credits upon sign-up, and you can purchase additional credits to continue using our Service. Credits are non-refundable:

1. Free Credits: New users receive free credits upon signing up.
2. Paid Credits: Additional credits can be purchased in bulk.

04. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Service, including but not limited to generated images, graphics, and text, is the property of Fluxify or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by our Service without our express written permission.

05. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Service in any way that:

1. Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
2. Violates the rights of others, including but not limited to privacy and intellectual property rights
3. Interferes with the proper functioning of our Service, including but not limited to uploading viruses or harmful code
4. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
